Mindfulness in these sessions is from a secular, non-faith based foundation and is not offered as a treatment or therapy. Please feel free to share with me your thoughts, questions and feelings as we progress secure in the knowledge that all will be held in confidence.

You can freely choose which exercises to use during our short time together.

For your session do bring warm layers, a blanket and  your own mat as there will be some relaxing laying on the floor and gentle body movements. Your body may  warm  and cool depending on what we are practising.

I will arrange to talk to you before we begin our session as I need to be aware of health and wellbeing prior to beginning. Taking full responsibility for yourself and your needs during the session is essential as only you know your own requirements.
