Graduate Practice Mindfulness
Having completed a Course in Mindfulness, you are invited to evening graduate practice sessions. If you have lapsed in practising mindfulness then re-connect with yourself through our small group sessions. Sometimes we have had a gap or been unable to attend classes, then step back into a non-judgemental, facilitated space where you arrive with your beginner’s mind. Remember the very special community feel of being with like minded people.
