If you know you are stressed or unwell and think that Mindfulness may benefit you………. Before joining an 8 week course you may be interested to learn more about the content of the course as it is taught all over the world. There is much written and proven about the benefits of Mindfulness and often attending a short taster session helps you gain some experience. This allows you to discuss with your teacher how appropriate a course might be for you.
